Massages

Massage is one of the treatment elements recommended in the rehabilitation process after injuries, surgeries and various diseases. Massage relieves tension in various parts of the body, reduces swelling and back pain during pregnancy, reduces muscle pain after physical work and sports. Massage calms the mind, improves well-being and sleep quality.

Reward yourself and combine a lunch break with a wonderful, invigorating and energising massage or book a massage after work before going home!

For a long term results choose a regular therapeutic, classic or sports massage course.

Before receiving massage services, it is advisable to consult a doctor, who will recommend the most suitable type of massage for you and determine the restrictions, if necessary.

Classical massage

Classical massage is a work with body areas by warming, rubbing, kneading and vibrating  them with hands. Classical massage relaxes or tones (depending on the need) the muscles and other soft tissues of the upper and middle layers, improves blood circulation and the functioning of the lymphatic system. It stimulates the flow of energy during the day and improves the quality of sleep at night.

Therapeutic massage

Therapeutic massage session provides an individual approach to the client's state of health. It is done by careful and focused work with problem areas, trigger point massage and muscle tension relief. Therapeutic massage has a deep effect on the muscle layers and it is a passive training for the muscles. The performance of therapeutic massage can be from medium to very strong.

Sports massage

In a sports massage, a masseur works with the client's muscles and other soft tissues to help athletes recover from or prepare for sports activities.  Rejuvenating massage is recommended between active sports activities, harder workouts or after competitions. However, a preparatory massage will be useful to warm up before going to the gym or competitions. Sports massage restores balance between body parts and helps to avoid injuries, as well as improves the athlete's ability to work.

Foot massage

Our feet are like a miniature body map with healing channels for all body systems, with more than 7,000 nerve endings. Foot massage activates blood and lymph circulation, stimulates internal organs and improves metabolism. Reflexology foot massage helps to get rid of daily fatigue, tones the whole body, improves health and well-being.

Head massage

Head massage is a thorough massage of the neck, neck, jaw and face area with gentle but specific movements. It helps if you experience dizziness, headaches and impaired concentration as a result of emotional and physical stress. Head massages improve blood circulation in the brain, reduce or even remove headaches. Also, head massage has a calming effect, thus improving the quality of sleep and reducing stress levels on a daily basis.

Pregnant women massage

Pregnancy massage helps to relieve a woman in anticipation of swelling in her legs, back pain, shrugging, feeling tired and insomnia. Massage for pregnant women improves well-being on a daily basis and makes the wonderful waiting time even more pleasant. Before receiving massage services, a pregnant woman must consult her doctor who is supervising her pregnancy.
